2024 - Self set up new FOB - Theft Deterrent Service on - Push Button

Anyone know how to reset the Theft deterrent after doing manual procedure to link a new FOB? Do I have to take action with the blade key in the driver door lock? After I finished process, I held the start/stop for 12 seconds. That was suppose to turn off set up mode.
