2025 Envision Radio Data System

Hey all, purchased a new 2025 Buick Envision ST. When listening to the radio there is no information on what song or artists are playing. I just dropped my vehicle off to get the ceramic coating done and was loaned a 2025 Encore, same trim level. The RDS system works perfectly fine, all stations display the artist and song name.

Obviously there is an issue here, has anyone else experienced this and if so how did the problem get rectified? If the Encore works, there is no reason the Envision shouldn't.

Did you ask the salesperson?
Also page 128 owners manual states check Audio Settings to turn on and off RDS.

I did yeah, he said they'll look into it. Apparently I'm not the only one who's having this issue. I literally spent an hour or so last night looking through all of the settings on the car and I couldn't find anywhere that had the RDS settings.

Under audio settings on the Envision all that pops up is "Sound" and "Manage Favorites".
On the Encore it has those as well as "Radio Text (RDS)" and "Radio Text Categories".

It has to be a software issue that I'm missing those other options.

Do you have Sirius as a band selection in addition to AM/FM?
Others have the same problem

Yeah, the setting is just missing entirely (even though the 2025 Envision manual states it should have it.)

I do have Sirius with the car. I use Sirius and Android Auto way more than FM anyways but would still like the feature.
