68 skylark front disc brakes

Hey guys. I recently picked up a 1968 Buick Skylark with manual drum brakes. Id like to replace the front drum brakes with disc brakes. I know there are several aftermarket kits out there for $500-700. Are there any cheaper ways to piece together a front disc kit? Any info would help.

Almost any Abody from 65 to 72 will fit the Skylark. You will need spindles,caliber and caliber mount along with some of the bolts and shield for the rotor and of course the rotors.
