85 regal non turbo 3.8 horsepower

I am looking to gain the most horsepower while keeping 3.8 any and the best suggestions please?

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. An 85 Buick Regal, huh? I love that style. I had an 84 myself. You should start with intake and exhaust if you want to get more power out of the engine. A high flow catalytic converter will help on the exhaust side. Do you have any pictures of the car? What kind of shape is it in? Where did you get it? It's such a rare car at this point.
