ok i Have A 92 Buick Riviera 2 Door Coupe 6 Cyl. I Dont Know Anything About Vehicles This Has Been My First Car For 8 Years Now. I Noticed When I First Purchased The Car From A 1 Time Owner Everything Was Fine But Then Thru Out Time I Noticed The Inside Lights Would Fliker On And Off Randomly. The Stick Shift Area Reverse, Drive Etc Light That Shows You If You Are Parked Or Driveing Etc It Went Out Completely. ANYWAYS yeah So A Few Years Went By And When It Rains The Electrical Service Indicator Will Go On And Will Go Away Randomly Ok So Now Recently My Entire Instrument Panel Went Out and It Smelled Like Burned Wire i Do t Remember Seeing White Smoke But Yeah Can Anyone Let Me Know What My Cars Electrical Problem Is? Do i Have To Get A Specific Wireing Harness? I Live In Vegas But Their Is No Reliable Mechanic That I Will Work With Me When It Comes To Fixing My Car, Vegas Is Full Of Scam Mechanics

First thing I would do is start checking the grounds, especially under the hood where exposed to the elements. Usually when a bunch of things are happening it's ground related. Also check the connections at the battery. Also did just the IP go out or did thee climate control, radio, etc go out too
