94 wagon Cruise Control issue

I have a 1994 Roadmaster wagon sedan. I bought it recently, and everything works except cruise.
I have tested and have power as follows:
-terminal F when cruise is off
-terminal A when cruise is on
-terminal D when brake is not depressed
-terminal G when brake is depressed
-terminal C when R/A switch is held
-terminal B when the set/coast button is held

from what I can tell, all terminals seem to be functioning properly and responding to switch function, which I would assume means that means the switch is good and the wiring is all good. As I know very little about cruise I'm wondering if anyone can help me with some insight on where and how to troubleshoot next?

Well if you're sure it is getting the proper signalling, then it might be the cruise control itself or maybe the cable broke.
On a Ford Contour it had a broken cable. I replaced the cable with coated picture frame wire.
