It is hot out here and of course the AC doesn't work!
It all started when I noticed the AC clutch was leaving filings and the compressor was no longer turning. I bought the tool and the parts and replaced the clutch and coil. It does not engage. I don't seem to get a voltage reading at the connector to the compressor when calling for cold.
I checked the fuse on the firewall and under the pass side dash. All good. There is no fuse on the driver side box. Tried another climate control module and no change. Is there another fuse? Which relay do I look at? How do you pull the relay out?
I am wondering if the clutch was failing from insufficient voltage, due to another component in the chain failing. It was blowing cool before the clutch failure.
Any suggestions, wiring diagram, relay location drawing will help.
Thanks again!
