98 Century front end swap to Regal

Hello everyone, I'm new here and super excited to be apart of the forums. My dad is going hand his 1998 Buick Century down to me and I want to start working on it as soon as possible. It's a bit of a mess right now (different color bumper, hupcaps missing, etc.) I read somewhere that you were able to swap out the front end of a century for a regal front... Is this true? If it is would it only be the bumper, or also headlights? How does this work? Sorry for my ignorance and lack understanding. (I'll get it soon, I promise). Any tips or steps I could take to get my car to look like that would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!
