98 LeSabre hesitation

Ok. So right after 1st start up after my Le Sabre has been sitting for a while, everytime I make a tight left turn, there's a lot of hesitation. Other than that, its running great!
I usually turn left off of my street & it leads up a slight hill. I'm thinking I needs to do a tune up or maybe a plugged fuel injector?
Any ideas?

Condition
Some customers may comment on low power or stumble when accelerating in turns or straight line. Other concerns may include a 2-1 transmission slip, an SES light for P0405/P1374 and an L1 coast-up IAC interaction.

Correction

The following service calibrations have been released to update the vehicles to correct the conditions.
