A/C Problems, need more info on blend door actuators

I don't know what "hijacked" means,

"Highjacked" means you have brought your own issues into somebody else's thread.
This makes it very confusing for people who are trying to help the original poster.

This is a common gm problem with electronic hvac. Low or no battery voltage due to drained battery, battery replacement of disconnect, or corrosion at terminals, etc. Use scan tool to erase any codes present even if none are showing on your scan tool. This will solve most of these issues. Logic board loses memory during low/no voltage and will not reset until you get those codes out of the system.

Okay, heres the deal, 2000 buick lesabre a/c charged and blowing colde on passenger side, blowing like a "vent" setting on drivers side.
I have read and looked at the diagrams on the sticky, but feel more confused now.
How many actuators are there?
Which one is most likely the cause, if it is the cause?
I have found two, one inside the glove dept to the rear left, and another at the very bottom drivers side left of the temperature gauge (about where your right knee would be if you were driving).
I am thinking that there are two more, kinda side by side upper drivers side under the instrument panel, is that correct? how do i get to those? I have disassembled most all my dash, taken out my instrument panel but the plastic casing looks like it connects the entire front dash.
Also, is there a way to check and see if these are working, a test of sort?
Any info will be helpful, thanks

No one has spoken about the following, which are my concerns. Any feedback is appreciated.
1. The volume of air on the drivers side is less than the passengers side as well as it being warmer.
2. There is a clicking sound coming from behind the dash at times.

Don't know if other ignored to state these items but I believe this means there is an actuator not operating correctly.

I get ice cold air on both sides most of the time, but when it does not happen and I turn the fan down so I can hear better, I can hear the clicking.

I have the 2005 Custom LeSabre.

Hey Doc - recommend starting a new post for your issue as this post was started 4 years ago.

But, it does sound as though you have a bad driver side blend door actuator - the clicking sound is the sound of the motor trying to turn a white nylon gear but it's broken and that's the sound you hear.

Do a search on a/c actuator - there are many responses on this.

I am new to the forum. My 2004 lesabre custom stopped blowing heat. Had ac replaced 6 mos ago (but not the condenser) Afterward I checked the heat and it was fine then. Now it does not work. AC works, recirculate works, Blowers for heat/ defrost work but no heat. Is this an actuator problem? If so which on is likely to need replacement?

I have a 00 Buick lesabre limited and on the passenger side the tempature control doesn’t work I bought a new one and put it in today but when I put it in I saw the lights wouldn’t turn on nor make the actuator move when I would press the red arrow on the passenger temp control to make the heater come on just for the passenger what could it be?
