All power locks not working

Hi all,

My daughter has a 2009 Lucerne CXL Special Edition. Seeing a problem where none of the power locks on any of the doors work. This issue happens both when using the fob and the lock buttons on the door. When hitting the button, you can hear a click from the fusebox under the back seat where the relays are and all of the locks make a sound like they are trying to lock/unlock, but the locks only move slightly and don't finish the process. Fuse seems to be good. Any ideas?

Swapping the lock and unlock relays would be option if not tried as it wasn't noted in the post if the doors can be locked by the fob or master control.

The drivers door master control and the driver door harness inside the bellows between the door and frame for cracks may be the first suspects. The switch on the master control

If no actual power is getting to the door locks the master control is a pass through point so power, ground, connectors and harness may be something to consider checking visually and with a meter.
