Alternators that will fit '92 PA

Ok so the title pretty much sums it up. Last night I started hearing a growling coming from under the hood, upon inspection it was my alternator. This morning in better light I could see it had tore itself to shreds, bearings laying all over the engine bay.

So I called up my local junk yard to see if they had one and they told me they had no "92 Park Avenue Alternators" available and quickly hung up. (They're kind of D-Bags most the time)

So my question is what other cars use this same alternator?

Also, I have a friend who is willing to give me an alternator off of his '94 Regal 3.1, but the mounts are different. Could I take the internals out of one, and put into the other?

Okay, so I've figured it out. I can pull parts from an Olds 88, Bonneville, Olds 98, and a Lesabre. That's just a quick search though, probably many other cars share the same alternator I'd guess. However my junkyard still doesn't have one somehow (highly unlikely since it's a 1000+ car yard).

Back to the swapping of internals, is it possible? Because as always, I'm strapped for cash. And if I can get something for free, Im'ma go that route.
