Backup camera

2017 lacrosse premium. reverse camera has somehow shifted view down and now see part of license plate. works fine otherwise, housing is good and well mounted to bumper . is there an adjustment for this?

I have a 2013 and I had to replace my backup camera a few years back. I don't recall any adjustment on it. It's possible, though, that a screw might have come loose and the camera shifted.

I'm not sure about a 2017, but there is no adjustment on the 2013 backup camera. Like FrogFan, I had to replace mine a couple of years ago. It just snaps into the chrome trim piece on the trunk lid. It's a rigid mount with no adjustment. The two things that come to my mind are that the camera has somehow come loose from its mount or that the car has sustained some damage to the rear, which has altered the position of the camera.

Did you find how to adjust the camera? Mine is starting to go out (2017 Lacrosse Essence). I've been trying to figure out how to remove and replace the camera but it appears removal of the entire rear bumper is going to be required. I'd rather not so I was wondering if you found out how to adjust it and hope that procedure will also allow for replacement.
