Battery question

Hi all, I have a 2012. Yesterday morning my daughter left the glove box open and the light stayed on for a full 24 hours. It started up fine this morning, should I still be worried about the battery? Will it need to be topped off? I live 10 minutes from work so I didn't drive it too long. Thanks in advance for any help!

Should be fine...bring to auto zone for testing if you're worried. Its free

If you're worried, leave the car running for a bit longer when you get home tonight, to ensure it gets some charging time.

[especially if this is the original battery, as it's likely getting nearer to its end of life at 3-4 years]
