Hello my name jason and I have a Buick enclave I can not remote start it so I have to go to the vehicle an start it that way . And when I do that the battery is really that it just barely starts or does not start at all !!! An my wife is pissed lol!!! Please help

Have the vehicle battery and alternator checked is the first step. If the vehicle has a CEL on the remote start will not work. No mention of the vehicles year.
2015 is the year . Brand new battery! Sometimes it will start if you turn the key really slow

New batteries can be defective. You need battery and charging system checked.

New batteries can also come only partially charged. I would put the battery on a battery charger (on low) for at least overnight and THEN confirm you have a problem. Could also be a bad connection at either side of the battery cables. Make sure terminals are tight. If you see any gunk around the terminal, you need to pull the cable and shine up the post and clean the inside of the cable clamp. A simple brush-type cleaner is very cheap at an Auto Zone or Advanced Auto store and can do the posts AND the insides of the clamps.
