Buick Lucerne Mods

I didn't say that you said it was a muscle car but you certainly have delusions of grandeur.

It called a car show, something where people who know and enjoy vehicle go to, no grandeur just well maintained vehicles.

This is grandeur!

No shit sherlock. As usual you missed the point of my post. 😉

Have a nice night Rich. You are truly a legend in your own mind. 😀

Well Inspector Clouseau you know what they say "Those who can't do, post on forums" that is my big block Chevrolet.

The OP asked about mod's and a Lucerne which are two things you don't have a clue on but feel the need to just post and wear out the emoji button, you must be a hit with all the FB kids.

Yes I take pride in my vehicles plus being retired I have time and money to do hobbies that I enjoy, so with that said FO!

Good for you Rich....I figured you were retired. I made a remark about noise to the OP and you decided to jump in. Next time mind your own freakin' business. By the way my small block V8 is in my 81 Elky. A big block would be overkill as the 350 with a Muncie M20 behind it moves it very quickly. Have fun with your Lucerne. It is about the nicest I've seen. 😀 😎

Yes sir I just jumped in 2019, fact check it you know go to post #1 and scroll down. Oh a small block and 4 speed well I have something that would be a fair challenge.

But I would have to remove the plow and put the summer tires on. Don't worry I only modified the engine, transmission and pulleys and will give you a one car length lead to make it fair.

Well excuse me...I didn't realize that you were the Lucerne moderator. I'm sure your lawn tractor is a big hit at the races. Is your name Walter now? That challenge is somewhat of a Walter Mitty type of aspiration. You are truly delusional. ROFLMAO.

Not a moderator you just don't read what has been written, don't follow along and make comments that are incorrect. Hate to break the news but a Lesabre isn't a Lucerne, but that's understandable as they both start with a "L" and some people get confused easily, you have a great day at work.

Gee I didn't realize that only Lucernes had exhaust systems that could be "straight piped". 😳
You know what they say "Those who can't do, post on forums"...Have a fun day at your keyboard Walter. 🤣

Soooo, just spent a bit on parts for my 07 lucerne CX, some being replacement parts for the accident it was involved in and some for improvements. Bought the power stop drilled and slotted disks and pads set, rear bumper replacement, new left and right outer tail light assemblies, new headlight assemblies, rvinyl stick on vinyl tint for both front and rear lights, new oem black grill, and KYP SR4122 front struts. A step in the process of reviving my 140k mile baby lol tax return comes in and it'll get a new white paint job with black trim instead of chrome and a black roof. And hopefully maybe a "new to me" engine and transaxle.

Glad to see the progress being posted. The Lucerne isn't a bad platform but if you look back on it's origin GM used it to replace the PA / Lesabre but was trying to compete with Lexus so it had some short comings trying to make everyone happy. Toss in GM put it out while it was going through bankruptcy and it's a surprise that it actually got out the gate, but it is the last of the big Buicks so it earns a special place in the Buick history book at least.

Would like to replace all exterior light assembly bulbs with Sylvania LEDs. I bought sealight LED headlight bulbs already but the rest I can get at autozone. Anyone know the correct sizes and how many of each?

Go to superbrightleds.com for the various lamp by location and vehicle.
