Buick Regal power outlets not working

My new to me 2011 Buick Regal power outlets don’t work. This includes the cigarette lighter, center console USB plugin, and the back seat wall style plugin. None of these work. The aux plugin next to the centerconsole usb port works fine, just not the USB plugin. I have checked the fuses and they are all fine. I dont have a fuse for a logstics relay but I dont think thats the problem. I have found the power converter inverter module (Part#12779235) has rust on it. Could this be a part I need to replace? Also, the heat seats don’t work which seems like they could be controlled by this module also. Any and all help is very apprecited!

I can see from the photo that the connectors are corroded so it's a problem, may not be the fix, but start by cleaning it. I'm sorry to say it looks pretty sad if any of the inside of the module looks like the outside.

The heated seats are on there own module which may have the same problem, but check the connectors, fuse and I believe these have a relay so confirm in the owners manual.
