You are one sick bastard, and I respect that!! So, will it fit nice and flush in your custom dash like it's meant to be there?
If it were mine, and clearly it's not since I wouldn't have the slightest idea of where to even begin this. I'd send that dash out to be hydrodipped.
That stuff will make anything look like brand new and cover up any imperfection and strengthen it as well.
Great work, holy crap.

It isnt exactly flush yet, but it is getting there. Right now the cluster is deeper than the opening. So it sticks out passed the opening but because I used the factory bezel and only modified the rear of it, it curves with the dash and it is def something I can work with to make it look like it belongs. But the backing plate I made for the display is butting up against the metal bar in the dash that supports the steering column. So yeah...thats gonna be a tough one. Might just clean up the edge and call that one done.

I've been really interested in this, and or Swapping out for a 14'+ buick GS guage cluster. It looks to be the same dash layout and mounting holes with pictures I could find. Anyone else try this or know if anyone has swapping out a 14'+ buick GS gauge cluster?
