I agree! I like your set up and the coils look sick. What brand coil packs are thoses and part numbers. I am interested. I notice you are running e85. I wish I was able to mod it for e85, but still under warranty.
Thanks, They are ZZP's, I believe for the LSJ, LNF, and LHU. Go to ZZP for most of your aftermarket engine parts, They are one of the leaders with Ecotec, they have a GS that is making 540WHP/600+HP at the crank. turbos, cams, intercoolers etc. The coil packs are Def a must need when running higher boost, 23psi right now, and turbo swap in spring means even more. There was no mod needed for the GS to run on Full e85. Just a conservative tune from ZZP.
But couple things to note:
1. You have to run full e85, NO mixing because there is not a sensor to determine the ethanol content/93 ratio. So you just run the tank down till fuel light comes on tune..and start up and there ya go.
2. It is def not recommended in the winter, it was 22 degrees one night here and I was still on e85 tune. It did not want to start, took a few pushes of the start button. Tuned back to 93 and all is good. Come spring I def will be back to e85 as I Gained 30whp from just the tune and fuel. They added timing a few other tweaks. You do lose mpg's, I was only averaging 19-20 before, on e85 it dropped to 14-15. city/highway average together on trip. You gain HP cuz it 104 octane in my area. The tune is just to add fuel and be able to run e85. more on that next...
3. ZZP has fuel lobe cams, that are stock , stage 1, and stage2. It ups the mechanical fuel pump so you can run more e85, right now with my tune they limited it so my car doesn't run lean the the direct injection can keep up. they added 5 degrees of timing and other tweaks. Once you do atleast the fuel pump lobes on a stock or stage 1&2... you can see even higher gains!!! So stage 2 is in the plans for spring along with bigger EFR/ZFR turbo.
Quote from ZZP :

"The LNF uses a mechanical fuel pump driven by the
intake camshaft. While the factory pump can easily support over 450 ft lbs of torque and more than 500whp at 6000 rpms while running gasoline, switching to E85 increases fuel demands enough to decrease max torque potential to less than 400 ft lbs and horsepower at 6000 rpm to less than 400. Current upgrade offerings to this pump are limited and cost well over $1000. Since we had reached the maximum flow potential of the stock high pressure fuel pump, we needed to develop a solution to the flow limitations of the LNF fuel system. After exploring several different options, I decided to see if there were gains to be had by increasing the stroke of the fuel pump piston. To accomplish this, we needed to develop a new design for the fuel pump lobe on the
intake cam. We did exactly that and the results were better than we ever expected. The following dyno graph shows a comparison between the factory fuel pump lobe and our larger fuel pump lobe. Both tests were run on E85 fuel with no tuning changes. The only difference between the pulls was the addition of the ZZP fuel pump lobe. Peak horsepower increased from 395 to 474 and it was still climbing when the test was shut down! This shows an increase of more than 20%, and these gains can be had for a fraction of the cost of other options."
My car is still under factory warranty also till Feb 2018, then Bumper to bumper after that til 97K. You can easily tune it back to 93, just switch back to gas running fuel down in tank. Also should mention it helps when you friend that races with you at the strip... is also the service manager at the local GM dealership, so if I needed to do anything he would tell me when I need to make it back to stock, or if I need to at all. The shop already knows it tuned with all the ZZP stuff on it. haha But that was my choice, Yours to make.
I went from 14.1 to 13.84 1/4 mile times and 98 to 102.5 mph in the 1/4 just by tuning for e85 without the fuel lobe cams... that was $40 updated file from my tune for 93 @23psi. That is def worth the $40, and cant wait to get the fuel lobe mod and gain even more!!
