Center cap glue recommendation

Have a 94 Roadmaster with aluminum wheels, and the center plastic caps have come off the backing that snaps into the wheel. Any suggestions on what type of glue or epoxy to keep them on? Regular 2 part epoxy does not work as its too hard and brittle and comes off easily from the plastic backing piece that snaps in.

I ended up using 3M 4200 Fast Cure Marine Adhesive. Pliable enough to bend with the plastic parts. Works great so far. :0)
