Climate control module issues

Hello all I am having a problem with the digital climate control system on my 93 Roadmaster. The vents are stuck on the upper section, which I know can be a blend door issue, some air comes out at the floor, but not a lot. I am starting to believe my module is faulty. When I try to turn on the rear defroster it doesn’t function, no sound from a relay or anything. However if the fan speed is set low it acts like I am pressing up on the fan button. If I press the button for the front defroster I hear a click if my head is under the dash, sounds like the actuator, but nothing happens, but it will also acts like the fan speed up button if the fan is set low. The defroster light on the display doesn’t turn on when pressing the buttons either. Has anyone else experienced this issue and would anybody know the steps to take to fix it?
