Hi, did you have any luck on resolving the rad fan not coming on when the compressor is running? I'm having the same problem on my wife's 2019 Encore.

I understand my car is a different model, but I thought the fan operation might be the same so I asked the question. Plus, at the moment, there is no resolution to this thread, except he was going to take it to the shop.. Hopefully, asking it might prompt Wilburnwalker to update the thread with an answer that might not only help me, but others with the same problem.

Sorry, I'll stick to the Encore forum...
