Does my 99 Park Avenue have piston damage, bad harmonic balancer, camshaft damage etc

It had a little too much oil in it when my neighbor let me use it she had the motor rebuilt before. It’s been making a fast knocking noise/ squeaking noise mainly the knocking with a little bit of the squeaking. Check engine light came on and it was a misfire on cyl 1 I changed the plug and the light is off so that’s taken care of. I drove it around the block and it started getting louder and even slower with my foot all the way down not going past 15mph. When I went to park it back I had to go in reverse then it cut off every time I went in reverse and I had to put it in park and re start it and it had a hard time starting. Every time it runs for awhile too and you open the oil cap smoke comes out. Also ever since I parked it oil psi got worse it’s now at 1-3psi I also changed the oil and noticed the old oil was very dark thick and had this silver glitter in it. Dead rod and main bearings, full stop. Full engine rebuild time.
