My 2018 LaCrosse has been in the shop since 12/31/2022. The guy does not call me back half the time. I'm losing money on rentals. This has been a nightmare. They said the part is back order and I believe them. On the other hand, this is causing me too much. I'm disappointment in the service. The first couple of weeks he would give me updates. Now nothing. Do anyone know why I can get a drive belt to go on my car? Help Please

Have the car picked up & towed to another shop! Drive belts are not that difficult to find, or replace! You lost your car about 3-months ago & have you been to the shop to visualy inspect it & the condition? Has it been in the covered shop, or stored in the back lot outside? I have to wonder if it is it still there? Som Ting bad Wong!

To wait this long for a belt is insane. I agree with previous post...have the car towed to another shop. RockAuto, 1AA Auto, or even eBay could've supplied a belt by now.

There are numberous options available for either engine on RockAuto, not being able to get one is not an excuse. Odd situation to say the least...
