The driver door is stuck, and will not open with either the outside or inside door handles. However they, as well as the lock, are functioning properly.

I've tried using a slim jim, a crow bar, and have even gained access to the interior of the door and physically moved the parts inside with tools and my hands, and lubricated the door latch I had access to, all with no luck.

Any ideas?

Usually, this is caused by the door lock binding up the latch. The lock is not completely in the unlocked position. I had this problem with my 98. The cause was a sticky door handle lever. That in turn bound up the lock, and that bound up the latch. I had to keep playing with the lock until it moved full travel. I removed the door handle and lubed up the lever and all was good from then on.

What Larry said, also if you have a rust problem the striker door jamb could of loosen up and or broke away from the body. No easy way to get it open if that happened
