Driver Information Center on dash avg fuel MPG stuck

Hello again from Las Vegas. My 2015 Encore is recently back on the road since replacing cylinder head, turbo, intake, V cover, etc... Any way it's alive and running great. My question is how many miles need to be logged before the avg fuel MPG data changes on the dash? The instantaneous MPG is active, but other is stuck at 26 MPG. I have put 67 miles on it since all the repairs and battery replacement. I assumed it would take 50 miles max to start showing a change from the default.

Vehicle new to me, no owners manual. So thanks in advance to you all in this community for your time.
