Dual front USB not working

First post here, I have tried the things I can think of off of the top of my head and gotten nowhere, so figured I better ask the question here. Thank You for any input.

My wife has a 2019 Enclave. It has the touch screen radio and a center console. The dual USB ports and aux connector located on the center console have stopped working. Searching through the manual I cannot find a dedicated fuse that is mapped to those ports. Is there one and what number is it?

If not, what are the next things that I should check or try to diagnose?

Yes I believe the warranty is expired

What I'm seeing is confusing. Fuse F4 in the passenger compartment fuse block is listed as "Rear USB port". In the luggage compartment at rear is another fuse block, and it lists F12 as "3rd row USB", and F33 as "Second row USB". I suggest you check out all three.
