Engine stalls if i dont keep rpms up for the first couple minutes of running

2015 buick verano will stall with in the first about 2 minutes if I don't keep the rpms up. it has a code for the oxygen sensor but I replaced both banks already the car has 100,000 miles on it. hoping it's not the cat itself. any suggestions would be apreciated

Has the fuel filter ever been changed? What about the engine air filter? Have you ever tried any fuel system cleaner?

I have replaced the airfilter but not the fuel filter and I put fuel system cleaner in it every couple of months

It was the oxygen sensor code and catalyst system failure there was 2 out of 3 codes for the catalyst system

I forgot the exact codes but I know they had to do with catalyst system failure I replaced both bank 1 and 2 oxygen sensors
Bank 1 was falling apart when I pulled it out
