exploding sunroof with no repair

While traveling E. at 74 mph on I94 in W mi. my sunroof exploded, not a pop, an EXPLOSION, 30 degree outside, 68 inside, blower on 1, def/floor, dry sunny, hadn't used the sunroof in 4 weeks, no overpasses, trees or any other traffic for 2 miles. Had the cruse on and did not change lanes in last 5 miles, I went right to the dealer on 1/22 2pm., it is now 2/12, 21 days and they just updated me yesterday that there is no date the part will be available. This was just outside the warr, I am paying for a rental all this time, now I'll have to rent it by month, this is a supplier design issue in the first place, this whole thing should be covered by them, had it not been for the mesh screen stopping most of the glass from blowing thru into the cabin this could have been a bigger issue. Not over yet
 
What's the year and mileage on the vehicle? Have you spoken with Buick customer service (web/phone/on this forum)?
