Factory Amp

Hello, I have a 2009 Buick Lacrosse CX, I replaced the front door speakers and the stereo with an Pioneer Deck. I have great sound out of the front speakers but the rear factory speakers sound like crap, they sounded better with the factory stereo. Everything is hooked up correctly. Now what is causing this, could I have a factory amp that is causing this or should I replace the rear speakers?

Speakers are polarized you know (red dot), good chance out of sync. You may need chokes on some of cables to cancel out unwanted parasitics as Alternator whine, spark plugs and wire used to be trouble. That’s how resistor plugs and suppression wires came into use. The speakers are not out of sync, usally when the speakers are out of sync all of them are affected, but ive checked the connection and all is good, I have no interference noise either.

When I say out of sync, electrically makes no difference on connections. It’s the matching of air movement, pressures, momentum. So if say 2 rear speakers are wired opposite- will be out of phase...... But you know that already. Check ohm values may have 4’s in front 8’s in rear. Know that’s been done, hmm.

Don’t underestimate factory installed systems. Ours is Bose for starters and huge rear amp mounted on underside of inner trunk, don’t really notice. My C4 Corvette had Bose also, each speaker had amp. Could be played full volume with no distortion I could notice, too loud for me even lol......

The right rear speker was out of phase. The wire on my harness is teal green and they was calling it light blue, I got it mixed up with the oppisite wire which is light blue but theu called it dark blue. My stereo sounds like it should, thank ypu for the help and reminder to recheck all wires and connections.
