Hazards but no turn signal

1999 Buick Century Custom So I was connecting a led bar for the third brake light and then my signal stopped working there is not even a clicking sound when turn signal is turned on hazards work brakes work I guess I should also say the third brake light does not work either I checked fuses and wires but I see nothing

Did you try removing the LED to see if everything works without it?

Some LED lights have polarity so rotate them 180° in the socket, also other may require a resistor which may produce a hyper flash. You may want to try standard lamps to see if it's the LED or another issue.
