Headlights

I have had an issue with moisture in the driver's side headlight off and on. It seeks to have started since rustproofing. I am sure this is a blocked vent. However according to my service dealer, GM does not provide thst info on where the vent is located on the headlamps. Does anyone have any ideas that would help?
