The Heated Seats on my 2006 Lucerne CXS suddenly stopped working. I checked the two fuses that the owners manual showed for the Heated/Cooled Seats (one 10A & one 30A) and both were OK.

Also, the rear HVAC Blower quit working. The manual does not even list a fuse for it.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't know about the seats, but I haven't heard of a dedicated blower for the rear. From what I understand the air is blown by the main blower to front and rear. I haven't really been in the back seat much, but I think the selector must be on face to blow out of the rear vents.

Right. There is no blower in the rear.

Air coming out the back depends on the air flow and what you have set for the flow. In the front does everything work as the controls command. If you put it on defrost....defrost works. If you put it on vet...vent works. If you put it on floor...floor works. It all work fine in the front, and nothing is coming out the rear, you make have a blockage. How that would even happen..I have no clue. (mice LOL)
As for the heated seats, you checked the fuses... good..did you check the relays?

Where would I find the relays for the heated seats? (The indicator lights for the heated seats turn on but the seats do not heat up. Likewise for the cool function.)

The control module is under the seat. Check your owners manual.
