Help! 2016 Regal T theft deterrent problem.

Hey folks, please help. I went to start my Regal this evening and it wouldn’t start saying “service theft deterrent.”

After trying the other key and hooking up the jump box, it’ll start fine. But the touchscreen is stuck with this screen on it that goes nowhere. I’ll attach the picture. I do have the regular Trifecta tune installed and I can’t help but think this is related to that.

Please help.

Have you tried disconnecting both battery cables touch them together, reconnect and start?
What is your battery voltage with engine off?
