hi everyone im new here, decided to join as i have had a few issues with my car and every google search brings me here.
I am from scotland and stay in NC so now and then i may use a word or phrase that wont make much sense to y'all.
ok i have an issue with the heater in my 95 park avenue, it wouldn't switch off when i turned engine off so i pulled the conector out the blower under the hood, now when i plug that in it wont come on now, before this happened i had to unscrew the glove compartment and the person before me had tied the selector for the heater to cold so it would only blow cold air on passanger side, so i removed the wire and hey presto i had hot air on both sides of car.
I think i made a mistake as not long after this i developed my new problem of heater not shutting off, i think i may have a melted wire or two behind the glove compartment.
has anyone had this issue?
