High beams work, dims do not.

Noticed the other day my passenger side dim light was out. Got new bulbs, changed both sides, now my dims don't work at all. High beams still functional, just no dims. What could be the issue?

Did you get h11 bulbs? if so try reversing the connection. If that doesn't work put the old one back on to see if its functional.. possible to get a bad batch of bulbs.
