Hot Relays in Fuse Box

Has anyone ever noticed how hot the relays get in the under the seat fuse box?
The reason I ask is because I had a crank no start situation and when I was swapping out relays I noticed that most of them were hot even the relays that had nothing to do with the problem. It doesn't seem that they should get that hot.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I'm not even sure how I solved my no start problem. It could have been a loose connection but those relays getting so hot bothers me.

I've been driving a 2004 LeSabre for about 11 yrs. I was swapping out relays for a no start situation and I noticed that some of the relays get hot under the back seat. It doesn't seem normal to me. Has anyone ever noticed that? Thanks.
