I am flushing and changing the cooling system in my Verano. Has anybody done this before?
Barely a gallon drains out, but the cooling system holds 9.0 quarts according to the owner's manual.
Is there any other way to drain out more? I need to put in about 5 quarts of pure coolant to get at least 50:50 concentration.
The only bleeder I can find is the white one on the passenger side of the radiator.
Any tips?

Got it done!
When I changed the thermostat, about another quart spills out of the housing, so adding about 5 quarts of pure coolant wasn't a problem.
I also blew out the expansion tank with compressed air holding a rag over the cap hole to hold pressure. Not much came out, just a few ounces through the radiator.
Make sure the heater is on and open the white radiator bleeder to purge trapped air while filling. After you feel or see coolant dripping out of the bleeder, close it and gently tighten. Do not fully remove the bleeder screw, you don't want to drop it and loose it!
Also, play close attention to the level in the tank, it can drop quickly, so add some coolant or distilled water before it drops too low. This should be checked several times, especially after driving.
