I have a 2003 buick century. I'm thinking about changing the radiator but have NO idea on how to remove it. Any ideas?

Spend some time searching on the internet. Places like Autozone have some tutorials and some mechanics upload utube videos of step be step replacement.

The radiator can have lines from the ac, tranny and unless it has tested bad I'd eliminate other causes for whatever reason you have to replace it. That's just my opinion though.

The radiator also has tranny lines attached to it. I believe on this model year they are on the passenger side of the radiator.

Replace both coolant hoses, and the low level sensor(located on the passenger side above the tranny lines) while you're at it.
