HVAC Problem

1993 Buick Lesabre HVAC started with occassional intermittent problem. Unit would stop working completely and I would start back sometimes when I pressed the desired control panel button. Now it is not working more than it is. It is not a fan blower issue. I cannot find any vacuum lines loose or broken. I have checked all fuses and found them good. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

You said fuses, but not sure if that ment relays. Also this video may be of help as you said it can't be the fan motor it's something in circuit some place.
