i have a 1996 buick regal that is getting fire but still wont turn over for some

reason can anyone help me? i'm thinking it's some kind of short but dont really know can anyone out here help me

If cranks over - so the starting system is good.
It gets fire - so the ignition system is good.
It's probably a fuel delivery problem.

I'm confused by your definition of turning over. Do you mean the starter cranks the engine but the engine won't start and run? If the starter won't even crank the engine over, then your starter is bad or your battery is weak. Battery can be strong enough to run the radio and give you a spark in your ignition system, but not strong enough to crank the engine over. It takes a LOT of battery power to crank the engine over.
