Is it possible to update the bumpers of my 2007 LaCrosse to that of the 2008 Lacrosse Super?

Hello thanks for letting me join this superb community of Buicks. I recently purchased a 2007 Lacrosse CX 107k miles on it. My question is would I be able to upgrade my bumpers to the 2008 lacrosse super bumpers? Thank you on advance
