Lights stay on after engine turned off

I put the car in park, push the button to shut off the engine, and the lights inside and outside stay on for a LONG time. Is there a setting to change this?

Yes, in your settings there is an Lighting exit delay interval.
I think its in the security dropdown.

Settings > Vehicle > Lighting > Exit Lighting
It is on page 154 (starts from page 151) of the owner's manual for my model year.
