Looking for guidance on Park Avenue project

As long as you enjoy doing the work then by all means go for it. I'm hoping for your sake that something major doesn't go out before you finish the extensive under body repairs. I'm 64 years old and although I've wrenched on my cars for nearly 50 years and the last thing I want to do is work underneath. If I had a LIFT then I might feel differently. Do you have a lift?

I wish, jack stands it is. We are going to give it a try.

I believe the check light was on for an 02 sensor and abs, because the brake lines are all rusty and need to be replaced.

So your answer is NO? Sounds like you're just guessing. If you don't have a scanner then I suggest you get one ASAP.

Depending on the type of scanner you have some will not read all components like transmission or ABS, just something to be mindful of as going through the vehicle. Also when doing your brakes the ABS may need to be cycled if air get into the system so something to check if your scanner can do this.

How do you cycle the ABS? I know that light is on.

That is a scan function to cycle the actual ABS unit to remove air. If the light is on it could be the ABS, connectors or wheel sensor and without a scanner it's a guess on where or what is the problem.

Here's some diagrams on the braking system and as you can see from them there are many components that make up the system so troubleshooting becomes important.

Cool, what sort of scanner will do that? I have an all purpose Obd II scanner.

This is one of the better one for the under $100 price range.BlueDriver Bluetooth Pro OBDII Scan Tool

But then it's getting in to the higher price levels of how much you want to do and how much you want to spend. Some emulators of a Tech2, VXDIAG VCX Nano Compatible, requires you to supply a PC that will match there requirements and is only good on GM vehicles.

Okay, here are some pictures:

Rear suspension.

can this all be fixed one way or another?
Dude, I'm sorry that makes me want to cry. I had to scrap my 03 century because of rust. It was one of the best cars I've ever had but toward the end when I had it up on stands the doors wouldn't open due to the frame sagging. It survived being rear ended twice too lol

Delphi VI abs system can be bled with electrically jumping wires on the BPMV which one I do not know but that is the ABS system on 94-99 Buick park avenue

the scan tool helps a lot tho. It can tell you codes for the EBTCM as well as run a one person bleed job and test solenoid and

Sort of, but it's a photo of a broken part and nothing of the mounting point. Once it's taken apart you can see what may also may or may not be needed.
Depending on where gms design choice for the mount was, what design the mount had(platform, construction, pieces, year), and how it was kept will determine a lot but you have to remove the bolt. Often times the subframe rota because the lower cup and washer hold water and debris against it from the bottom and it pulls through when weak. Other times, the bolt starts to deteriorate and fails , the mount scattering but otherwise subframe and unibody ok.
In my car, the rubber is wearing out to the point the slack/metal on metal wears out the remaining parts. But my car the subframe and the car side are ok. My aurora the subframe is bad on one side bit unibody is ok

on my first car, subframe was ok hit the unibody pulled through on the back 4 spots, only held in by the front 2. One of my front two are bent, tho.. it’s strange but hasn’t hurt anything
