Looking for help with wiring dashcam in to 2001 buick park avenue

Hello guys and gals.
I am looking for some help. I bought a dashcam in Walmart and am trying to wire it up to where it would come on when I turn the key and go off when I turn the key off.
If I could hook it up to the radio (stays on for a few minutes after the key) that would be awesome! I tried to check voltage in the fuse box and all I find is a +12v all the time.
I tried the "RUN" fuse in the fusebox but it's also stays hot at all times.

Any help would be appreciated!

ZZP sells a plug that goes in under the passenger side dash that gives all 3, ground, constant, and switched.
