I am getting a low oil pressure warning on the DIC, but only when starting after sitting for a few minutes after shutting down. Not when cold. Not when restarting immediately after shutdown. It goes away after 10 seconds or so. Never comes on when running, only at a hot restart after sitting.
Switched to reg dino oil (from synthetic), AC/DELCO PF47E filter, removed/inspected oil relief valve and added a washer as per ZZP, on the third oil pressure switch, replaced wiring for oil pressure switch. Still happening.
Has 40 PSI at the pressure switch as checked with a pressure gauge, so I think I'm OK to run it.
Thoughts? I am out of ideas.
