How low does the oil have to be on a 2008 Buick Lacrosse Cx 3.8 before the low oil warning message comes on in the driver’s information center?

The owners manual makes no mention of a low oil message, only low oil pressure, have you checked with the dipstick?

It’s say’s it is in the drivers information center where it tells you when to change oil just above the radio.It’s supposed to scroll across it when the oil is low.
