They serve a little purpose for both , since the lights are low on the bumper and are bright since they're LED if you turn off the main DRLs the aftermarket ones light a small passage ahead of you .. not much but you can tell the difference with them running by themself

I havent seen this thread in a long ass time lol

idk who still is active on here but I got rid of my GS, it was great but in the end I didnt want it, I wanted to go into a car finance but I didnt feel like paying for the Buick I wanted something cheaper and was AWD and V6, I went and bought an Acura RL 70k miles 1 owner but modding sucks on a car that has no performance market.. ohhh wait like the BUICK! but I handed in the buick to the dealer and everything I did to that car was handed in as is and never an issue, $23,xxx they want for it with 27k miles

Such a great car and a rare breed the compliments from AMG to V cars or F Sports, all loved that car I do miss it but I handed in the car paid with 7 months left on the lease

I haven't given much thought about what will be next, but I too will be surrendering the GS near the end of the year.

Have at least a few more years with mine, then who knows. Buick will have new models but so will most other makers. Gas prices and trade in value will likely weigh heavier in my decision than brand loyalty. It seems easier now than ever to get a decent sedan with ~6s 0-60 times. Being honest with myself, that's all I really need or want from a vehicle. As long as I can pass when I want and the ride is decent.

Coworker has a 2008 RL, and I think it's a rather sweet car for its age. He throws it around a bit and it handles well for its size.

its actually a great car handles really good better than the Buick with the shawd has decent power I have a pulley on mine so it gets around much better working on a Jpipe and drop in KNN.

I miss the Buick but it wasnt a car I wanted, the FWD i didnt like, the it wasnt financially a car I wanted to Lease than finance

as for the stitching I used a painters pen of my color chose and took just went at it with insane OCD lol.. who ever gets this car after me has no idea what a gem of a vehicle they got because things were dont to this car that I can bet you that only I did in the country or parts of the world.
