I am a new buick LeSabre owner my self but I have heard that sometimes opening the back doors will the allow the windows to work. It's easy to check and free just thought I would try to help.

Common problem, most likely you'll need to replace the window regulator assembly.

This is a long shot but worth a try. It is possible that the guides are too tight against the window glass. For a test spray guides on both sides with silicone spray. Then slam the door of the vehicle at the same moment that you press the down button. In about 50% of cases the window would work. If so use silicone spray on all windows. Hope this helps but if not there are many YouTube videos on window repair for your vehicle.

Windows, meaning all windows are not operating correctly? You can check the Master Control as a source along with the driver's door harnesses for wiring that may be broken or shorting. Just tossing another option on things that might be the problem.

all 4 windows don't move and it worked a couple of hours prior thanks for any help here

not sure what the Master Control means like the switch? thanks for any help

Its possibly the driver door module some scanners can run scans on all modules in a vehicle and determines-l1600.webp if this is the case my autel MK808 can also rolll windows up and down this really helps when trying to check if window switch is bad or window motor is the problem

Cable snapped? Regs go out all the time on these cars.

I had this happen on a '01 Lesabre. There is a connection of four wires under the drivers seat that's outside the harness. They're held together with a Scotch-Lok connector and they can corrode which is what mine did. I removed the connector, soldered them together and all four windows worked again.
