My 2015 Verano is totally dead! How do I get into it?

Hi All! My 2015 Buick Verano is completely dead - no power. Key fabs do not work, and keys will not unlock the doors. Any guidance on the best way to get into it to jump start it? Are there charge points underneath the car I cold get to if I jack up the car?

Seems odd that the keys won't unlock the doors.

You need an automotive locksmith to open a door. Puzzling the key doesn't work.
